Refund & Exchange Policy
Our policy states that we do not provide refunds for any items sold. Goods once sold can not be exchanged. The original shipping charges and duties will also not be refunded. However, if you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective or different from what you expected, you may return it within 24 hours of delivery.
Defective, damaged or different product received will be given a replacement and delivered within 7-10 business days. We do not have refund policy.
The merchandise should be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging and tags. You will get a store credit in return.
Please note that we do not guarantee any exchanges, returns, or replacements, but we may offer to repair the faulty item, if possible.
